Jay Wright found me the house of my dreams. I had specific priorities in a home and Jay diligently searched for one that checked off all my boxes. During the process of buying a home, Jay kept me informed of the real estate market, housing availability and approached his job with much optimism. Jay was the consummate professional from showing us selective properties in the Snowmass area through the closing. He even did the walk through as I was unable to be there. But what stands out the most is his outstanding character which can be lacking in the real estate world.

Jay helped us through a months long purchase process, that included decisions that included decisions and communications that had to be made while we were on a long vacation in Europe and Africa. At one point we terminated the process, and Jay gently and surely nudged us and the sellers back into the process, which closed a while later. Our transaction also included several purchase agreement amendments, closing date extensions, and issues unnecessarily caused by the lender. Through it all Jay exhibited his calm demeanor, fix-it attitude, and gentle humor. It really took a significant amount of hands on work to get us to closing, but we got there. Jay knows the Roaring Fork Valley, he is honest, and let us make our own decisions without pushing us one way or the other. He works extremely hard, and continues to follow up post-closing to see if there is anything else we need. We highly recommend Jay to real property buyers or sellers in the region. He was a joy to work with.
